NFT stands for non-fungible token. It is a one-of-a-kind digital asset that has value unto itself, cannot be replaced or replicated and solely belongs to you and only you.

Each X member gains access to their chosen membership level by purchasing an NFT token. This is your unique digital “key” that unlocks the privileges of your membership. Each additional NFT token, depending on membership level, holds access to singular membership opportunities that reflect the possibilities of the collective itself. The X member holds a unique NFT collectible as their membership key.

NFTs should be stored in a secure location such as your software cryptocurrency “wallet,” downloaded as a free application on any mobile device or computer. Metamask and Coinbase Wallet are two highly regarded wallets with enhanced protection and security features, such as a 12-worded “seed phrase,” or password, and touch authentication. You can also store your NFTs in a cold storage hardware wallet.

As X evolves, opportunities to purchase additional X NFTs are forthcoming to enhance members' benefits. This will include “mystery” NFTs that unlock access to special events, industry-top cigars, or engagement with X partners to expand membership privileges and opportunities to network and explore the NFT space.

Also, NFTs hold inherent value as a first-of-its-kind digital asset. An X member could purchase more than one membership key, retain one for membership and sell the other(s) on the open marketplace. As “non-fungible” assets, meaning they cannot be interchanged or replaced by an identical asset, an X key is limited (only 3600 created!) and will increase in value as less keys become available. Because of this scarcity, the member could choose to list the NFT on the marketplace, subject to natural supply and demand of the market.

The proceeds, net of taxes, will be used to fund operations including, but not limited to:

• Operational costs to create X cigar lounge, including selecting and securing physical space, lounge design and build out.

• Legal, compliance and accounting.

• Partnerships, marketing and sales.

• X membership development.

• Further initiatives for X members.
